By doing 2 jobs, I get very exhausted after a hard day of work. One day I take a bath, look in the mirror and I just startle “who is that fat ass” that’s not me. When I calm down a bit, I now recognize that’s just the reflection of me.

I was lost and didn’t know what to do. So much excess skin and fat, I looked like a pig in a human shape. I used to be a football star at school, a athletes that participate in city athletic tournaments.

After 5 years of married and long days of eating unhealthy processed foods in office cafeteria, I told myself that “From now on, I will take back the wishful body that I used to have”. But when I started to go to the gym, my muscles hurt as hell after workout. I just barely moved, that was why I went to work late and got reprimands.

It nearly cost my job, that reason held me back for awhile, I started to research and found out a way to lose weight naturally without doing any exercise. It works! After 3 weeks followed the program I lost 2 kilos (4.4 pounds) and I felt fantastic.

I have lost 15 kilos  (33 pounds) in total and take back my good old day shape, and since it works for me, it can also work for you as well. So I’ll share my secrets with you guys, because I want everyone can achieve their own dreams.
